We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team at our Essex dealership. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a successful privately owned dealer group, with a strong reputation for customer satisfaction. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and promoting our range of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote a positive team culture.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in car sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer-focused background and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- A full clean manual UK driving licence.
