An innovative marketing agency specialising in exhibitions, brand activations and events is looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to lead live projects from start to finish.

Based in Windsor with hybrid working options, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile events while developing your skills in project management. The salary range for this position is £40,000 - £50,000, reflecting the level of experience required and the challenging nature of the job.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage budgets effectively and travel occasionally for events both within the UK and abroad. With 3-4 years' experience as a project manager for live events, you will have developed strong communication skills and be able to coordinate teams, clients and contractors efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and be comfortable using them to track progress, manage finances and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead live projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and finances effectively, maintaining accurate records and communicating with clients and stakeholders as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and contractors, ensuring open communication and collaborative working practices.
  • Travel occasionally for events, both within the UK and abroad, as required by the role.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to track progress, manage finances and communicate with stakeholders.
