Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and maximise profit by identifying opportunities to increase your store's contribution. Ensure you implement company layout to a high standard and analyse your reports to be accountable for the success of your branch.
  • Connect with our customers by ensuring every customer receives a world-class shopping experience in your store. Lead by example and motivate your team to give genuine service to our customers and encourage them to maximise opportunities to up-sell across all areas of the store.
  • Recruit and retain the best talent by being passionate about your team and responsible for their career development. Recruit the best team for your store and invest your time to train and coach them, driving succession through your branch and creating future managers for the business.
  • Control costs and manage loss prevention by driving productivity of your team by effectively managing your payroll, having the right people in the right place at the right time. Ensure your team protects profit by deterring theft through service and ensure your store is operationally sound with effective stock management controls in place.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in managing store KPIs including sales, payroll, controllable costs, stock loss, and service.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • Passion for delivering a world-class experience to our customers.
  • Previous experience at Store Manager level or an experienced Deputy Manager looking for their next step up.
