Enfield Town, Greater London, United Kingdom Charity Times Full time

About The Felix Project

The Felix Project is a dynamic, ambitious organisation committed to making a positive impact in London. As a leading charity, we work to make London a city where no one goes hungry and good food is never wasted.

We rescue high-quality, fresh, and nutritious food from suppliers, sort it, and deliver it to charities, schools, and community projects supporting London's most vulnerable people. Our goal is to redistribute 13,000 tonnes of food, making over 30 million meals possible.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to The Felix Project's impact and evaluation work. As Impact, Evaluation, and Reporting Manager, you will report to the Head of Special Projects and work closely with colleagues to embed impact, evaluation, and reporting across the organisation.

You will be the first point of contact for all impact, evaluation, and reporting matters, including research commissioning and evaluation work. You will also help continue the work started in this area to ensure data informs decision-making.

You will own data analysis and reporting workstreams, having knowledge of organisational reporting. This is a cross-organisational role, requiring collaboration with various departments, including Tech, Ops, and Marketing, to ensure data is used to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the implementation of the Impact Strategy and develop the next iteration
  2. Own and iterate our organisational Theory of Change, working with colleagues to ensure adoption and understanding
  3. Own our annual impact surveys for Community Organisations and Suppliers
  4. Contribute to volunteer and staff annual surveys, ensuring impact questions are included
  5. Own and deliver our communications plan, liaising with the MarComms team
  6. Own and lead on our Research and Evaluation policy
  7. Lead the creation of our Annual Impact report and other reporting activity
  8. Provide ad hoc data analysis, insights, and reporting for the Senior Management Team

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, excellent data literacy, and the ability to present insights in accessible ways. You should have experience in conducting research, including qualitative and quantitative methods, and preferably in the social and/or environmental sector.

You will be able to plan your workload, work independently, and negotiate with various stakeholders. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce and encourage applications from all suitably qualified or experienced individuals.
