We are seeking a dedicated Business Tutor to join our team and help transform the lives of prisoners by preparing them for successful reintegration into the community.

About the Role
  • Ensure all relevant policies and procedures, such as Security, Health and Safety and Prisoner Welfare, are adhered to and take responsibility for the work area.
  • Monitor take-up of taught training and progression of learners, reporting any difficulties to your Line Manager.
  • Monitor quality control of work produced by prisoners to maintain required standards.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to best practice in equalities and diversity.
  • Commitment to developing skills and self-esteem of female prisoners.
  • Awareness of and commitment to the promotion of equal opportunities and the recognition of diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience of instructing/supporting people with challenging behaviour.
Working Hours

Fixed - Part-time - Mon, Tue, Wed 08
