About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join our team in Northampton. As a SEND teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff to implement individual learning plans and EHCPs.
  • Supporting students with special educational needs to develop social skills and independence.
  • Providing professional experience working with and supporting children.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in childcare or special education (preferred).
