Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to join our team at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL). As a key member of our Property and Legal Department, you will be responsible for managing our estate and implementing property and planning strategies across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day estate management in allocated sites, providing direction and guidance to internal departments and external professional advisors.
- Act as a first point of contact for property-related matters, including new code agreement renewals, shared or unilateral shareholder programs, exit management, and rent reviews.
- Provide support to shareholders, suppliers, and contractors in the implementation of ECC reform, particularly in the context of renewals.
- Introduce innovation into processes to enhance delivery and support the organization's business objectives.
- Support internal and external stakeholders in acquisition, legal deployment, and transmission functions.
- Provide pragmatic advice to third parties to ensure cost-effective implementation of site acquisition.
- Maximize cost savings and prevention through effective use of the ECC.
Requirements:
- Property knowledge and experience in an operator, managed service supplier, or small works contractor environment.
- Chartered surveyor experience in commercial property, professional services, or valuation capacity.
- Property-related qualifications, such as RICS or CAAV membership, or comparable experience.
- Knowledge of the Digital Economy Act and experience of compulsory purchase.
