Firmware Development Manager Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Firmware Development Manager to join our client's team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of firmware engineers and contribute to the development of innovative products. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

* Lead a team of firmware engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Develop and implement firmware development processes and procedures

* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in firmware development management
* Strong understanding of low-level programming languages such as C/C++
* Experience with RTOSes and microcontrollers
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
