Estimator/Surveyor

We are representing a leading refurbishment contractor based in the UK who is seeking an experienced Estimator/Surveyor to join their team.

The company has a strong reputation for undertaking refurbishment, restoration, fit-out, shopfitting, and extension projects across various sectors, including Retail, Leisure, Education, Medical, Historical, and Office.

Due to a steady increase in workload, they are looking for an Estimator/Surveyor with schedule of rates and traditional pricing experience who can price jobs and financially manage 2 to 3 live projects through to final account.

The ideal candidate will have a high degree of organisation, be able to work under pressure, and have excellent communication skills.

The role would suit an experienced Estimator or Quantity Surveyor or Estimator/Surveyor who has a background in refurbishment, fit-out, or main contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing jobs and financially managing live projects
• Working closely with the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Visiting sites as required to monitor progress and address any issues
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals
