Estimator/Surveyor Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Surveyor to join our team at Blaymires Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing jobs and financially managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tendering projects and managing the tendering process
  • Cost management and estimation for multiple clients
  • Estimating, measuring, and final account management
  • Subcontract commercial control and valuation
  • Reporting, forecasting, and risk management
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
  • Refurbishment, fit-out, or shopfitting background preferred
  • HNC or degree qualification in a relevant field
  • Good knowledge of JCT forms of contracts
What We Offer:
  • Salary up to £55,000 + £5,000 car allowance + 25 days' holiday + pension
