About the Role

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and personal development opportunities within the Fusion Technology Division at Culham and South Yorkshire sites. You will contribute to the development and qualification of fusion device equipment for commercial power plants, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of fusion relevant topics, applying learning to assigned projects.
  • Liaise with other teams to build networks and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Promote and support the broader Fusion Technology Division.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrable ability to question existing scientific models and express thoughts clearly through high-quality written reports.
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency.
  • Good planning, organizing, and time management skills.
  • A professional approach to technical or scientific activities.
