We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trust Officer to join our team at AP Group Ltd in Jersey. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a mixed portfolio of company and trust structures, ensuring compliance with Jersey company law and relevant regulations.
  • Prepare Annual Reviews as required, reviewing account ledgers and preparing minutes and resolutions on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, utilizing its tools to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Prioritize workload effectively, ensuring all deadlines are met and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in trust and company administration, with a strong understanding of Jersey company law and regulations.
  • Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ICSA or STEP Diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
