Senior Trust Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trust Officer to join our team at AP Group Ltd in Jersey. As a Senior Trust Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and delivering the administration of a portfolio of client cases, while maintaining relationships to provide an overall quality service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a mixed portfolio of company and trust structures
  • Prepare Annual Reviews as required
  • Review account ledgers
  • Prepare minutes and resolutions on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

  • Proven trust and company experience
  • Hold ICSA / STEP Diploma or similar
  • Understanding of Jersey company law and relevant regulations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
