Job Opportunity: Bank Domestic Assistant

Shaw healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Bank Domestic Assistant in Burleys Wood, Crawley. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our care home.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize rooms, including furnishings, in assigned work areas.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry, causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care.
  • Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating good interpersonal and working relationship skills.
  • Work independently, using a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene within the home.

What We Offer:

No previous experience or qualifications are required; we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent member of our team.

Salary: £12.00 per hour
