Domestic Assistant Opportunity
Shaw Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team at Burleys Wood in Crawley. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our care home.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize rooms, including furnishings, in assigned work areas.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry, causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care.
- Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating good interpersonal and working relationship skills.
- Work independently, using a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene within the home.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 and provide full training, including our leadership programme, to support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw Healthcare.
No previous experience is necessary, and we welcome applications from individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
