Job Title: Enterprise Systems Manager

As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a critical role in managing our enterprise systems, ensuring their availability, reliability, and security. Your expertise in SaaS applications, particularly in manufacturing or project-accounting environments, will be invaluable in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of application support specialists to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of business-critical applications, providing support within agreed SLAs.
  • Implement change management processes for enterprise IT systems, adhering to ITIL best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for support of deployed systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure production environments remain stable and stakeholders are informed of changes.
  • Monitor the performance and stability of SaaS applications and integration solutions, addressing issues promptly with end-users and support teams.
  • Own and maintain enterprise systems documentation, including policies and procedures.
  • Steer the development of an IT training service, ensuring best value from investment in enterprise and specialist software applications.
