Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Trainee Financial Adviser to join our team in London. As a graduate-level individual, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in wealth management, working closely with senior advisers. This role involves attending client meetings, managing action points, and preparing business submissions. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing workflow CRM systems, and preparing illustrations using Blue-door software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend client meetings with senior advisers
• Manage action points from client meetings
• Prepare business submissions
• Analyse data using FE Analytics and prepare Voyant reports
• Respond to client inquiries (technical and administrative)
• Identify opportunities and referrals from existing clients
• Manage workflow CRM systems
• Prepare illustrations and electronic business submissions using Blue-door software
• Conduct critical yield calculations
• Oversee the completion of the Letter of Authority process
• Ensure data on Salesforce is complete

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree-level education, relevant experience in wealth management or regulated financial services, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously as part of a team and have strong interpersonal skills. A competitive salary of £25-30k is offered, including exam support and additional leave to sit the exams while working towards a diploma.
