Job Title: Electrical Bias Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Bias Engineer to join our team at Integral UK LTD.

This role is based in the City of London and involves working on site for 12-hour shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off. The successful candidate will have experience in building services maintenance, particularly in corporate client-facing buildings.

The main duties and responsibilities of this position include carrying out planned preventative maintenance, responding to building plant and equipment alarms, and effecting emergency repairs as needed.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring that routine maintenance is carried out to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.

In terms of qualifications and experience, we require a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in critical environments such as banking HQs and data centers.

The ideal candidate will be an LV Authorized Person and hold electrical or mechanical engineering apprenticeships or similar qualifications.

Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Overtime rates apply, including x1.5 on weekdays and x2 on weekends, plus a day in lieu on bank holidays. Other benefits include a company-funded health cash plan, life assurance, and an auto-enrolment pension scheme.
