About the RoleThe Wellbeing Coordinator is a vital position that provides opportunities for engagement and social interaction for residents, supporting them to maintain their independence and overall wellbeing.
As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individual and group programmes that address all 6 areas of wellness for our residents.
You will work closely with other Wellbeing coordinators across homes, sharing and researching new ideas to enhance the activities offering.
Additionally, you will support volunteer team members in their roles throughout the home and assist residents with various IT tasks, including social media and video calls.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individual and group programmes addressing all 6 areas of wellness for residents
- Collaborate with other Wellbeing coordinators to share and research new ideas
- Support volunteer team members in their roles
- Assist residents with IT tasks, including social media and video calls
- Utilize innovative software, such as the OMI interactive table
- Maintain accurate records of activities and assessment forms
- Minimum of 5.6 weeks holiday, including bank holidays
- Enhanced annual leave after five years
- Extensive training and personal development opportunities
