Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Supporting the F&B Team: Support the F&B team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
  • Stock Management: Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
  • Flexibility: Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
