We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office and Executive Lounge teams at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel. As a department head, you will work closely with the Hotel Manager, Heads of Department, and team members to execute all front office and Executive Lounge operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing financial performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the front desk and executive lounge teams, managing day-to-day operations and fostering a positive team culture.
- Achieve and exceed guest services and front desk goals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and conduct human resource activities, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Identify and analyze departmental operational challenges, developing solutions to prevent reoccurrence and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a hospitality managerial role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Hotel front desk experience, with a strong understanding of front office operations and customer service principles.
- Opera experience, with the ability to manage and optimize front office systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, guests, and stakeholders.
