Job Title: Senior Occupational Health Advisor

RPS Occupational Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor to lead our team of Occupational Health Advisors (OHAs) in delivering exceptional health surveillance and fitness for work services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of OHAs to ensure the delivery of high-quality health surveillance and fitness for work services.
  • Work closely with the Resource Management team, Operational Management team, Business Development team, Clinical Governance team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and optimal resource utilization.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a robust clinical governance attitude and excellent communication skills to chair regular team meetings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and optimal resource utilization.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse on the NMC Register, holding a post-registration qualification in Occupational Health.
  • Experience in all aspects of OH service delivery, including health surveillance, fitness for work, and screening procedures.
  • Strong clinical governance attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead by example, motivate, and coach team members to develop and achieve their full potential.
  • High degree of self-motivation and management, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Teams.
