About Us

We are a leading Charity agency with a strong track record of delivering successful fundraising and awareness campaigns for some of the UK's most well-known charities, including Dogs Trust, Breast Cancer Now, and Guide Dogs.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fundraiser to join our team. As a Fundraiser, you will be employed by Charity Link on a permanent contract and work at high footfall venues, shows, and events. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with the public, build relationships, and encourage support through regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.

Requirements

  • You should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be motivated to reach and surpass targets.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales, is essential.
  • You must be able to work alternate Saturdays, as weekends are peak times for sign-ups.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with the public, build rapport, and work independently, are required.
  • A full UK Driving license and access to your own vehicle are necessary for this role.
  • You should enjoy the variety of traveling and working in different environments each day and be comfortable working outside.
  • We are looking for a passionate advocate for the charity you represent.

Benefits

We offer a competitive package, including a basic salary of £23.8K - £25K, uncapped discretionary bonus (£40K+ OTE), 28 days annual leave, and flexi holiday scheme, pension, healthcare plan, death in service plan, and unrivaled training and ongoing support.
