Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Quality Assurance Team and other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process learner registrations and certifications on our management system (Quartz)
  • Provide administration support to the Quality Assurance Team
  • Respond to enquiries from members, learners, and other customers of the organisation
  • Assist with other administration and general office duties as required
Requirements:
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous experience of using iMIS and Quartz is preferable but not essential
  • A 'customer first' attitude with clear customer service skills and a polite and professional phone manner
