Sales and Recruitment Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and create new business opportunities within the local area
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and employees
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Contribute to the growth and success of the business
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma
- GCSE English Language at a minimum of Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)
- Experience of working in recruitment, publicly funded services or similar sectors
- Interest in career and personal development
Benefits:
- Competitive salary (£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, pro-rata for part-time)
