Street Food Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Street Food Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Pukht Food. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our street food stall, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of our Indian street food menu.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Lead and motivate a young team, providing support and guidance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and service areas.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Efficiently manage stock rotation and control waste.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or management.
  • Basic understanding of Indian food and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
