Bus and Coach Field Technician Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bus and Coach Field Technician to join our team at MAN Truck and Bus UK Ltd. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues in the field and providing expert guidance to our dealers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues in the field, either by attending on-site or providing remote guidance.
  • Assist the Regional CSM team with technical support issues.
  • Provide technical information and advice to dealers and customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the Swindon technical support department.
  • Attend technical support update meetings and stay up-to-date with current technologies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a good communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to take on a variety of different workloads. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
