PSV Technician / Bus Mechanic / HGV Fitter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PSV Technician / Bus Mechanic / HGV Fitter to join our client's team and play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and safety of their national fleet of buses.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on buses to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
  2. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  3. Perform scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance tasks.
  4. Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any arising issues promptly.
  5. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major faults or defects.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with a focus on buses or heavy-duty vehicles.
