We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at Glebe Farm Foods Ltd. in Cambridgeshire. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Technical Team in ensuring the highest quality and purity of our British gluten-free oats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out analytical and chemical analysis tests as required.
  • Conduct environmental and plant hygiene swabs.
  • Ensure stock rotation, conduct stock takes, and report to management any stock discrepancies.
  • Perform housekeeping duties and dispose of waste safely and correctly.
  • Be competent with lab databases and demonstrate competency in testing via internal and external monitoring procedures.
  • Respond to requests for product release and communicate information to management.

Requirements:

  • Be computer literate and able to work under pressure.
  • Assess workload to ensure all testing is carried out in a timely manner.
