Recruitment Compliance Officer

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Morson Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing pre-employment screening cases, ensuring they are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and internal processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class vetting services to clients and candidates.
- Prioritise and track candidate/employee cases to ensure timely processing, meeting both client and regulatory deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
- Making outbound calls to candidates and third parties at key points during the vetting process to aid with completion of candidate background checks.
- Respond to enquiries via email and phone providing clear, concise information regarding the status of cases, required documentation, and any issues encountered.
- Work with the client when necessary, including but not limited to ensuring that adverse information highlighted through the screening process is escalated appropriately.
- Work as part of the team.
- Work across different vetting systems as required.
- Plan, manage and monitor vetting activities, managing competing demands and priorities.
- Provide accurate information to stakeholders both verbally and written.
- Ensure you are working within agreed client service level agreements.
- Where needed record relevant exceptions where service level agreements are not going to be achievable.
- Ensure relevant information and communications with candidates and clients are recorded clearly in candidate case files to ensure all activity is auditable.
- As required, participate in client meetings in conjunction with account managers.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have previous vetting experience, excellent administration skills, data entry skills, and strong computer skills across MS applications. You will also possess excellent attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to balance conflicting priorities. Additionally, discretion in handling sensitive information and adaptability to changing requirements are essential.
