About the Role:
TeacherActive is seeking a motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a Chelmsford-based primary and secondary school. The successful candidate will work with students across all Key Stages with diagnosis of Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviours.


Key Responsibilities:
• Experience working with children with additional needs / disabilities
• Experience working with students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and challenging behaviours
