Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at AGM Construction Recruitment. As a Senior Planner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality planning and scheduling standards and expertise to Project Managers on projects.

Your key responsibilities will include producing detailed logic-linked project plans in P6 around project WBS, ensuring integration of project control procedures into the project delivery process, and providing expert advice including daily, weekly or monthly schedule updates.

You will also be responsible for producing monthly planning reports, resource updates, and projections, as well as preparing information and attending regular planning and progress meetings.

As a Senior Planner, you will have the opportunity to lead and aid development for a team of Planners, and work closely with clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognized diploma or degree, significant experience in all aspects of planning and scheduling in Primavera products, and experience across either Energy, Infrastructure, or Industrial sectors.

You will also need to have experience or knowledge of resourcing, progress measurement, earned value analysis, completion forecasting, and status reporting, as well as proficiency in the interpretation of estimating, scheduling, programming, and risk tools.

Additionally, you will need to have effective client interface skills and experience, good report writing and presentation skills, and good IT skills.

We are looking for a collaborative and sharp-minded person who can demonstrate a positive and professional manner, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and deliver to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality planning and scheduling standards and expertise to Project Managers on projects

Requirements:
