We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team at AGM Construction Recruitment. As a key member of our Building Surveying team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Leadership Team and providing central support to our professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Building Surveying team, including project coordination, data management, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and execution of business strategies, including bid development and proposal writing.
  • Support the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including written and visual content.
  • Arrange and coordinate hospitality and events, as required.
  • Contribute to the management of supply chain relationships and processes.
  • Ensure all team equipment is logged and in good working order, and that all employees have the necessary equipment and resources.
  • Liaise with suppliers, finance, internal support functions, and other staff as required.
  • Manage internal and external training requirements and bookings, and maintain relevant systems.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support the development of business profiles and case studies to enhance our business development.
  • Provide direct support to Directors and Senior Managers, as required.
  • Manage travel bookings and arrangements.
  • Liaise with internal QSSE representatives to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Support timesheet monitoring and management.
  • Provide typing and secretarial support.
