Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care and support to patients with colorectal cancer
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Registered Nurse with current registration and a valid license to practice
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in oncology or palliative care
