  • Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience of leadership at Deputy Headteacher or Headteacher level, with a proven track record of driving improvement and achievement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies, ensuring high-quality provision and outcomes for all students.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum reform and accountability measures, with the ability to lead and manage change.
  • Good understanding of the National Mission for Wales and its implications for education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a senior leadership team, contributing to the development of the school's vision and strategy.
