Job Title: Export Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Coordinator to join our client's team in Newport, Wales. As an Export Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the necessary spare parts and support after purchasing a product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Monitor internal and external stocks of spare parts and tools, handle shipments, and generate reports on spare parts usage and inventory levels.
• Orders Processing: Register orders in the ERP system, issue order acknowledgements and invoices, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Suppliers Coordination: Place purchase orders, track deliveries, manage reconciliations, and monitor supplier performance.
• Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries about spare parts, provide technical support, and handle returns and exchanges.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the after-sales service team and coordinate with other departments to support overall business operations.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in an engineering-related working environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software (Microsoft AX - Windows Pack Office) is required. Good leadership and people management skills are also preferred.
