About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team at The Bere Clinic, a 12-bed CAMHS service in Waterlooville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to young people aged 12-17 with eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct admission assessments and develop effective management plans
  • Review referrals and determine appropriateness for admission
  • Conduct risk assessments and review regularly
  • Allocate specialist psychological treatments
  • Assess physical health
  • Ensure effective liaison with referring/community teams, specialists, and Commissioners
Requirements
  • Registration on the GMC Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with a licence to practise
  • Experience of CAMHS and/or Eating Disorders (desirable)
