Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at G4S Business Unit:US Youth Services. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, staff, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security incidents as necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with staff and visitors
  • Conduct searches and screenings as required
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment

Requirements:

  • Age 18 or over
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shift patterns, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Full clean driving license and own transport
  • Desirable: SIA license and security experience
