ISBA Enterprises Limited seeks a Nursery Director to lead the management of our Nursery, providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children 9 months – 4 years of age.

The successful candidate will have an appropriate Early Years qualification with previous experience managing a Nursery setting and a proven track record of leading and managing a team of staff.

We expect a person with strong leadership, integrity, communication, and interpersonal skills who can drive the growth and development of our Nursery.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

This is a permanent full-time role working 35 hours per week.
