Job Title: Gardener

We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team at phs Greenleaf in the Winchester area.

About the Role

As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers' floral displays and hanging baskets, ensuring they are clean, watered, and trimmed as needed. You will work on both interior and exterior projects, using your expertise to provide high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and install floral displays and hanging baskets
  • Water, clean, and trim plants as needed
  • Work on interior and exterior projects
  • Use PDA devices to confirm job requirements and manage site access issues
  • Follow planned routes and ensure safety and legal compliance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good safety record
  • Preferred qualifications in PA1, PA6, Lantra, and NPTC
  • A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
  • Less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years
