Job Title: Gardener

We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team at phs Greenleaf in the Winchester area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and install interior and exterior plant displays, including hanging baskets and plant maintenance.
  • Work at height and undertake gardening tasks, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Provide excellent customer care and promote our core values.
  • Follow planned routes and use PDA devices to manage job requirements and site access.

What We Offer:

  • Salary of between £25,000 and £26,500 + £500 performance bonus.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months.
