About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Priory Adult Care's Evergreen in Bristol. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing 24/7 specialist residential support for individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Participate in activities and promote independence
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and colleagues

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with complex needs

Working Hours

Shift patterns are 9am - 9pm or part-time shifts cover 9am - 3pm, 3pm - 9pm or 5pm - 10pm. We are looking for applicants who are flexible to cover any of the shorter shifts.
