Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team in Europe. As a member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions to our clients. With a strong background in ITSM, ITOM & CSM modules, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and develop your expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow modules for clients.
  • Work closely with client teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they link with ServiceNow delivery.
  • ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work fully remote and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
  • Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations within the SME & Enterprise markets.
  • Strong JavaScript experience and proficiency in cloud technologies and DevOps.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
