About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to complex problems, and lead the technical delivery of chosen designs. If you have a background in Enterprise Service Management or SaaS technical delivery, particularly in ServiceNow or other ITSM toolsets, we encourage you to apply.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing creative solutions to resolve business problems, technology issues, process challenges, and people-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing technical leadership and expertise in ServiceNow implementation and development.
  2. Collaborating with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to support client presentations, workshops, proof-of-concept designs, and technical/business enquiries.
  3. Hands-on technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, from design and development through testing and implementation.
  4. Mentoring and coaching others, as well as sharing best practices and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software implementation, either in a development or consulting role.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing small teams and projects.
  • Knowledge of IT and Enterprise Service Management or large enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Expertise and experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM toolsets are essential.
  • ServiceNow certifications in various areas are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with multiple application architectures and supporting technologies.
  • Proficiency in web services (REST, SOAP) and XML/JSON knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
