About the Role

We are looking for a Shift Leader who is kind, calm, organized, and able to take responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring that shift opening and closing procedures are followed, and that the pub is run safely and efficiently. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, manage the team, and contribute to the overall success of the pub.

Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of hospitality operations with a busy food profile is a big advantage. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
