Internal Sales Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue quotations to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage customer interactions, providing exemplary service and addressing inquiries.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Procure necessary materials and consumables, and diligently follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for material traceability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and cohesive workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Factory Master or similar MRP/ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
