About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Evaluator to join our team at RISE WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS LTD. As a Clinical Evaluator, you will play a vital role in assessing the impact of disabilities or conditions on an individual's work life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to determine an individual's functional capacity.
  • Produce accurate and concise reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP).
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, both face-to-face and via telephone/video, to ensure a sensitive and compassionate approach.
  • Work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team, with the support and resources needed to deliver high-quality assessments.
Requirements
  • NMC Level 1 Registered Nurse with a minimum of 12 months broad-based clinical post-registration experience within the past 5 years.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Self-aware, honest, empathetic, and motivated to provide quality customer service.
