We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Lead to join our team at Endeavour Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of next-generation solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software applications using various programming languages and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure their growth and development.
  • Provide on-call support for business-critical applications to ensure seamless operation.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in application development and associated tools.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and functions.
  • Ability to document technical specifications and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and lead teams.
  • Experience with SSL certificate installation, application usage, and validation.
  • Strong testing process knowledge and experience with tools like Quality Center and QTP.
  • Experience with UNIX and shell scripting.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with full SDLC.
  • Knowledge of Jira and other project management tools.
  • Experience with C++, Visual C++, C#, VB,.NET, COM/COM+.
