We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our International Tax practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical support in developing and delivering Global Information Reporting (GIR) services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax information reporting and withholding, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate, public accounting, or law firm environment. A Big 4 background is preferred, as well as experience managing tax professionals and generating revenue.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing GIR related advisory and compliance projects
- Consulting with internal and external clients on U.S. back-up, nonresident alien, FATCA, and CRS reporting and withholding requirements
- Maintaining legislative and regulatory awareness and drafting thought leadership on the impact of changes
In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent business development and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and advise senior-level executives. Proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures is also essential.
