Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our customer service team in the UK.
This role involves supporting a customer base, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling sales and service calls. You will create and manage various cases through our CRM system, work through call alerts, and develop good product knowledge to educate customers on alternative services.
The ideal candidate will have customer service or sales experience, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritise workload. Office 365 knowledge is desirable but not essential.
About the Role:- Supporting a customer base and delivering exceptional customer service
- Handling both incoming and outgoing customer sales and service calls
- Creating and managing various cases through our CRM system
- Developing a good understanding of our products and services to educate customers
- Candidate must have customer service or sales experience
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Office 365 knowledge desirable but not essential
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 21 days of annual leave rising to 22 days after 3 years and 25 days after 5 years (plus bank holidays)
